NY Italian Rainbow Cookies

These are an Almond Flavored 7 layer Mini Cake.  They have raspberry and apricot jam between the cake layers and chocolate on top and bottom. The classic colors are (green/yellow/red) Please note if you want other jam flavors and colors.
